Development
This module includes property development – from design/planning and financing through marketing – either as a complete package or in the form of individual services. This can include, for instance all design and planning work from obtaining the necessary official approvals from CMDA or DTCP followed by the laying of roads, fixing of signposts, developing the landscape and helping people obtain all the basic amenities enabling necessary for building a house and therefore relinquish the dream of being a proud owner.
Construction
Our construction operation includes all types of build environment may it be a flat, a single family or as well as a multi-family housing. We develop residential areas all the way from choosing the location to planning, designing, marketing and sales. Our core competence is to understand how people want to live their lives and create attractive new homes that fit their demands.
